Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?

There's really no reason US folks should cover the entire cost of R&D for drugs (the purported reason we pay tons more, though I'm skeptical); fine for folks with good private insurance or .gov coverage, but for those in the gig economy and other workers who can't afford coverage, or those with high deductibles, drug costs can be a disaster.

Another spin-off is maybe, just maybe, Big Pharm won't won't be able to sponsor all the TV ads.

*Both cashmere and Kashmir represent high value, though in very different contexts: one in the world of fashion and textiles, and the other in the complex arena of international politics and regional culture.

I was just wrapping myself in a warm cloak of Led Zepplin and thinking about Mark Ratner in Fast Time at Ridgemont High when he failed Mike Damone's tips for making out and opted for Physical Grafitti instead of IV as suggested.

Not just television. I went to see a movie at the big corporate AMC for the first time in ages recently (Sinners, great BTW), They ran a solid half hour of mostly pharma commercials prior to the previews. It was wild. Not to mention aggravating. Guess if three people nationwide see an ad for an itchy big toe cure drug (or whatever) with a $500k annual cost then the payoff is certainly there.

Sounds like you made vicuña money on the deal either way.

Wish few exceptions (Kashmir, In the Light, and later Achilles Last Stand) Led Zeppelin stopped making good music after IV.
