Make sure it has a trap, vent, 1/4” ft for drains, red hot is on the left blue cold the right and make 3 trips to the hardware store. Don’t think I missed anything.

My buddy Karl Hungus has a sweet set of tools and is technically a TV repairman, but I bet he could help unclog your pipes.

Well, I might as well let the cat out of the bag....as long as closing is good next week, we will be owner of a new place in IN. This is mama's project/air bnb/ MAYBE our place in a year or two. This is a pic of the master/main bathroom remodel that the previous owner started before losing his job (hence the sale). Just looking for a ball park idea of a standard bath install (shower, toilet, vanity/double if possible). We did figure the cost (what I THINK a decent estimate was) in the offer......didn't really matter as she was gonna do it anyway Thanks

$2500 for fixtures. $3000 for rough-in, permits and misc.

Vanity $500 +, Tub/shower with mixing valves $600-800, toilet $300, rough-in piping/vent/3" roof vent $300. 5-10 trips to the nearest hardware/plumbing supply $400, labor 20-30 hours (don't know your labor cost). Btw Im not a plumber but have worked around the good and bad. I plumbed my own housd to cut cost, and followed the united plumbing codes. Congratulations on the cabin

...good bones, congrats. I'd say I don't know squat about plumbing but that's actually all I know.
