I just got an antelope license and an elk b license!

Rifle loper tags for my wife and I...It's been 3 years since she's drawn her first choice so I'm pumped. I drew a cow tag in central MT in an area where I've done a lot of deer hunting but never hunted elk there, should be fun doing some exploring.

My daughter and I both drew elk B, but no antelope buck. I'd love for my daughter to nail a cow her first year. Hoping for an antelope B as that is the most fun trip of the year, horns or not. No worries for the freezer this year. As for me, if there is a cow close to the truck......Look out! mtmuley

Confirmed on Elk B for me....looks like I need to make a second trip to MT in addition to my planned hunt come general season.

This is the first year in the 14 years since I moved back home to Montana I don't have an antelope tag. I'm bummed. Looks like I might make that long talked about Breaks trip for a muley buck this year. Haven't been out there in 8 years. mtmuley
