a prayer for my sister, please....

I'm not sure where the proper place to put a prayer request is, so feel free to move it where it belongs....

My sister had a partial hysterectomy a week and a half ago. She started getting really bad pain and ended up back in the hospital that night. They opened her up from sternum down and found a tear in her colon which was probably a complication from the surgery the day before. She was in the hospital for a little over a week and just got out a couple of days ago. This afternoon she doubled over in pain and couldn't stand back up and said it felt like something tore, and now there's a visible large lump on part of the big incision. She was taken by ambulance back to the hospital and she's waiting for a CT scan, but they are already talking about another surgery tonight.

Since I'm not the most religious person in the world, I did my little prayer type deal, but I'm asking for anyone else willing to say one to say one for my sister, Deanna. She's been through so much the past couple weeks.

I have been through a similar situation with my mother, so I know the trials that Deanna and the family is going through. Have faith.

Lord Jesus,
I pray for Deanna, be with the doctors and nurses as they care for her. Give them wisdom and skill in what they do. I know you are the Great Healer and I praise your Holy Name. Comfort John and the family in this time of uncertainty. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
