Before you can kill at 1200yds you need to be able to place a good shot at 1200yds. Not many can do that!

No man the dude at the counter bore sited it for me and gave me a box of ammo. Hitting the woods in the morning..can already smell the back straps cooking!

I was going to do a 300 SAUM about a year ago because Orscheln had 10 boxes of nosler trophy grade marked down to $15/box. Oh, what could have been

I still like the overall bullet selection of the .243 genre over the .257 - quarter bore just doesn’t impress me.

Probably pretty well. Tikkas typically feed like they have eyes

Like it has eyes. Tikka mags are very forgiving. Using long action mags for my 6.5 prc and the 7mm prc is just a lengthened 6.5 prc case so should be good to go.
