I bought one from an aquaintence/friend's wife after he died. He called it his flat shooting 400 yard gun and used it a lot in Africa. I sighted it in at 100 and 200 for me and the only difference was a little more spread, no drop, no rise.

The flat trajectory depends on the ammo, it is not inherent in any gun. Bullets do not rise, they only fall unless I missed some law of nature. The line of sight makes them seem like they rise or fall, but they only drop from the minute they leave the barrel.
