This threw mine for a loop. “When” I draw tomorrow I can I guess overlap them.

Who knows, if I draw ID and WY antelope I’ll see if I can pick up a NM land owner tag and just make it the year of speed goats.

My wife got an elk tag,and a deer tag and I got an elk tag as well. We don't shoot for the moon just longer season or either sex. I don't know if we will get to all of it considering she just gave birth to our first child last week.

Questions:
Does ID cap the 2nd controlled hunt draw for NRs? If so, how do I know, going into the draw, if my desired hunt has any NR allocation remaining? Will the system allow NRs to apply with zero chance of actually drawing?

Example: Let’s assume 50 total tags for my hunt code. That’s a NR cap of 5. If the 2nd draw list comes out showing 4 tags available, how will I know if at least one of those 4 is available for a NR to draw or if all
5 NR tags were spoken for in the first draw?

Hopefully by Friday. The leftover tags will go on sale on the 25th and the draw results say they will be posted by August 25th.
