When do they usually release the tags available in the secondary draw? Is it when the secondary application period opens?

I got lucky and drew a bull tag in the hybrid with only 6 points. Very unexpected. Can’t wait to return to a unit I haven’t hunted since I was a kid.

If I were still in the CO PP pool, I'd be plenty pissed. Hybrid is a bandaid on a decapitation, screws over high point holders and doesn't touch the basic problems of point creep.
