That part can be less than 48 hours. Once season structure and tag allocations are set and ready for the draw, there is no excuse why it isn't being done within 48 hours. They should probably just look to see what SD does as they rarely take over 48 hours after the application deadline to release the results. If they aren't doing this, the only excuse I can think of at this point is politicalAdd in doing the draw, data quality assurance
