I need one of these trees in my life. After the garden they made their way over to the mulberry tree, then tried to come inside with purple hands, faces, and feet, haha. Bumper berry crop this season.

Yes. I actually live in SE NM. It produced 2 tiny peaches about the 2nd year being planted, then nothing since!Has the tree flowered at all? Depending on which end of Nevada you're on, could be lack of a dormancy period or frost wiping out the buds.
You're allowed two applications of malathion per season.Just starting to get a few Tomatoes and banana peppers. Cucumber and squash are doing well just found my first squash bug so gonna 7 dust them.
I grow a lot myself and shred it and freeze it in two cup portions in quart size freezer bags. Makes it possible to have zucchini bread throughout the year.Wife: Be sure and plant plenty of zucchini. I need a lot for chow-chow and zucchini bread.
Me: You know two hills is a lot of zucchini..They grow fast.
Wife: No, I mean a lot.
Be me, planting a dozen hills, covering counter with zucchini.
Be her, making four whole entire loaves of bread.
The which is about what two hills would account for.
And we're mid to upper 90s! Will be nice getting to Alaska for the air conditioning next week.Winter storm warning for tonight and tomorrow. Heaters are on this morning. Will have to break out the plastic today and cover 5 beds. Unreal. We had a major frost last year at this time.
Of course everything is up and doing good.

Not that this applies to you, but my Wife and I’s joke about how to tell a new gardener is when they start trying to pawn off very large amounts of huge zucchini and yellow squash to us.Wife: Be sure and plant plenty of zucchini. I need a lot for chow-chow and zucchini bread.

This heat should move things along.Picked first zucchini yesterday.about one more week on the bell peppers I'd say. Cherry tomatoes are full so shouldn't be long. My salt shaker is ready.
