Anther big change here, as I see it, is the impact on kids. Currently, the youth-preference tags in the initial draw are limited to antlerless tags. This secondary draw could offer kids a pretty decent chance at some good bull/buck tags if the child has a parent who’s paying attention and willing to submit an additional application.
