went for what I'd consider a bargain tonight at the RMEF PHX Chapter Banquet--$2400 for 2 hunters to share--10 days & 10 animals (2 Impala; 2 warthogs; 1 zebra; 1 gemsbok; 2 baboon or jackals; and 2 "management animals".

Accommodations, meals, travel from/to Johannesburg and all guide fees/daily fees, etc.

Doesn't include taxidermy or dip and ship fees.

Good deal? I was tempted but I couldn't make the time frame (August 3-October 1) work for me. Sounds like a lot of animals and days for a pretty small price, but I've never priced a safari hunt out either.

That sounds like a screaming good deal. If a guy had a bunch of FFM built up that'd be hard to pass.

Sounds good to me!!! Airfare is gonna cost more than hunt!!
Lucky bidders could hitch hike to Dulles airport and catch a SAA flite for around $1400....
