And they say baiting is too easy,lol Its mostly a game of luck and being in the right spot at the right time. Looks like you might have to hide good and make a full day sit for a few days in a row!! I am headed to West Virginia the second week of October!!
I agree, do a honey or bacon burn and sit really still and spray down good with scent killer. Seems like there is a lot of natural food on the ground up there, Patience might be a big key to get the natural food source used up and then they will be back on your bait.

I killed my first Aoudad last month in west Texas on a 10000 acre ranch, There are maybe 15 feeders on this whole place and not a high fence around. I have yet to hunt anything under a feeder except hogs/javelinas. I'm sure the exotics and deer both use the feeders and thats what they are there...
