"We’re All Alone" was written and recorded by Boz Scaggs in 1976. Frankie Valli covered it that same year, but in 1977, this beautiful artist turned it into an international hit.

 
Did you know the lyric “alligator lizards in the air” came from cloud shapes the songwriter saw in 1963 near Vandenberg AFB, while stopped on the roadside and spotting a Ventura road sign?
