Wyoming Unit 29 Whitetail

So long story short I wasn't able to draw a deer tag in Colorado. As a result I am just looking to get some meet in the freezer. I saw that there are quite a few whitetail doe/fawn tags left up in Wyoming. I have done some research and saw that there were two hunter assistance properties in unit 29. However, I have been unable to reach the owners at the number listed on the Wyoming Game and Fish website. I know there is limited public land in the areas with tags left available (24,27,29,30,32,33). Does anyone have any suggestions on indiviudals who may be looking to thin out their doe herd for a tresspass fee? Any advice or help would be greatly appreicated!
