Wyoming Trifecta, Mega Trifecta!

Starting this year anyone (non resident or resident) can go onto the Wyoming Game and fish Website and enter a State Raffle to get the game and area of your choice! You get 11 choices of big game for a $10.00 entry, you have to put in for the specific species. On the Mega Trifecta you spend $30.00 and get your choice of any three species again in any area of the state. There is a few rules on Moose,Mountain Goat and Sheep. You can enter as many time as you want, good luck. The period ends the last day of May to do this.
Ten bucks is a small amount for a chance like this.

Do they offer this in a scratch off ticket? I really like those and heard the odds of winning are good.
