Yes Oscar...I did draw my FIRST ELK TAG

But being as I don't have a job anymore

I am going to try and CASH this $410.00 TAG in at the bank towards my next house payment

I wish Wy would allow you to transfer thier tags.....I would give it to someone just so it could be used
