I think they have learned their lesson on announcing draw results for a specific time and releasing them at that specific time. All that does is cause the system to crash.

The way they did it last year worked good where they announced them for a specific time but then posted them earlier without announcement or fanfare. The news trickled out and the large spike of people trying to access was converted more to a slow building wave.

If it crashed at all last year it was very brief. If they are smart they will drop them at some random time early tomorrow morning 0400 or so and just let the news trickle out.

Just checked this am and the results are posted. Successfully drew a type 3 tag in the special draw as my second choice. Based on not drawing my first choice, I don’t think the price increase for the special affected required points that much. I’m curious to see the draw odds once there posted.
