WY 2020 application changes..

Have more than a few points to apply for elk units in WY... just read the regs, draw results moved from Feb to May for non-res hunters, OUCH! from a planning perspective, really affects those who have to decide what state to put dollars to given limited times to hunt. Just wanted to get others thoughts on this. If this topic was covered in a previous post, apologies, and please point me in the right direction.

As the title says, is this going to change anyone's plans? Apparently for non resident elk draw, the application is still required to be put in by the 31st of January, but we will not know the results of them until mid may. Source...
