Who will be at 2025 BHA Rendezvous in Missoula?

I’ll be at the beer thing on Friday. Would be cool to say hello to some of you. I’m in Montana and Idaho for a few weeks bear hunting and we will be in Missoula this weekend for the BHA event and Paddleheads games (with my wife and 8 year old).

I don't see tent pitching options like previous years at the fort?
I'm really thinking I would rather spend the night with Big Agnes than get a hotel Friday night.

The university area is a little tougher to set up camp than Fort Missoula.

I can give you some car camp spots just to the east of town if you’re especially keen on camping. Gotta drive a bit to get to them though. Might put a damper on libations.

Holler if you do come through. I’ve got some random plans but will probably drop into an event or two and would make a point to say hello again.

It was going to be a game time decision for me, but no on-site camping is a bummer.

Enjoy all.

Well there's the KOA. Hotels in Missoula are crazy spendy and filling up. Missoula has been cracking down on "urban camping" so I"m not sure what to tell ya. :)

$75-$82 for tent glamping at the KOA, BYOTent.

I will be looking for a grassy spot on the Lolo NF, I think.

Although... With the tonneau cover closed, Missoula PD cannot tell there is anyone sleeping one off in the Caras Park lot. Unless I snore too loud...

Yellowrock in Lolo is reasonable and has really clean restrooms/showers. Tons of NF options as well. PM if want some national forest options.

I’ll be at the brewfest tomorrow, and am there all weekend through the rally Sunday eve. I hope folks stick around for it, and look forward to meeting some of you!
