[/QUOT brown sugar brine for five daysBrine for five daysThat looks fantastic. How’d you prepare it?
Mustard as a binder and cover with a bbq rub
Smoke low and slow @ 150°-165° till internal temp hits 135-140. Apply my glaze and put back in at 250° till internal hits 145°. Cover with foil and let sit for 30 minutes.
Takes all day but worth it!

Probably jammed with pellets that got wet and then caked up.If I keep bringing stuff home from the dump maybe my wife won’t make me do the garbage anymore. I plugged it in and the fans work, the heating element is working, but the auger is not turning. It’s pretty dirty in the auger channel so I’m thinking maybe it’s just jammed. It shouldn’t be to hard to fix. View attachment 415163
