I’m not sure which one this is from but I killed both of my turkeys in the pasture this Spring about 1 month but only 200 yards apart. It’s pasture raised!

With the garden coming along nicely, thought of smoked salsa.

Smoked onions, bell peppers, tomato cut in halves. grilled peppers & more tomato.
Grilled Sweet peppers, jalapeno, Serrano, & couple of small roasted habanero.
Chopped & blended. Salt, pepper, cider vinegar.

Gochujang, home grown baby back ribs.
salt, pepper, garlic.
3 hour smoke, pecan chips.
Gochujang sauced. Two hours Texas crutch.


Along with cucumber & tomato salad from the garden.

Cooking 60 cheeseburgers/burgers this week for a corporate event. They may sit 20-30 mins before eating, whatt is the best way to keep them warm?

Crock pot on low.

I could see that. Only problem is I was hoping to melt the cheese before taking them off. I wouldn't be able to stack them. Maybe melt the cheese as they get served.

We have stacked them with cheese before and they didn’t seem to make a huge mess. I don’t know if we didn’t melt the cheese a whole lot or what.

If you put wax paper between layers it would sure enough work.
