A Trader Joe’s chicken never looked so good. Delicious too. Spice rub for 3 hours followed by some quality barbecue sauce at 350 to crisp ‘er up. Then let it sit for 15 minutes. Juicy!

Yup that's how I've been doing it lately. More bark. Way less time consuming. I dont always have time for those 16 to 18 hour cooks. Works much better for me especially this time of year.

Yesterday for the Spurs Nick’s game….pulled pork sliders w cowgirl candy n pickled onions
