What’re you eatin’

Haven't been able to cook seafood at the house sense the wife's pregnant. She's having a girls night with her sister at her house and I'm watching my two kids and niece. Got the kids pizza and made myself tuna steak and coconut shrimp. There was more shrimp before my daughter found them.
 
duck gizzards and hearts,,,cooked in the electric pressure cooker with duck broth, half an onion, teaspoon of minced garlic, teaspoon of ginger paste, teaspoon of lemongrass paste, a tablespoon or three of fish sauce

pressure cooked on high for 45 minutes, then natural release

served up with sticky rice and kimchi

and swilled down at the end with my favorite "dessert beverage" - Hank's Root Beer
