What will this score???

This was killed in my county about 12 miles east of where I hunt. Ive seen several pics and this is by far the biggest 8pt I have ever seen. I don't know the total tine length yet, but the inside spread was 28.5 inches. I heard someone measured it rough at 177". . .I was thinking the world record 8pt was only around 180" ( not sure on this). Regardless. . .its a shooter in my book!!! lol

I'll see if I can get some of the other pics too.

Guessing the beams are longer than 24... probably closer to 27 or 28. I've a couple bucks with 24" beams and they look way smaller...

I would guess he's mid 170s. Amazing deer.

Uffda! That's a hoss!!! Don't know what it scores, but it's frame is as impressive as the 8pt my cousin shot that went over 170".

I have 0 skill scoring whitetails... That being said, I think he would score a space in the freezer and about 650... Er, that's $650 in taxidermy bills...

That whitetail is huge for a 4x4. I think it would be in the mid to high 160's at best. Shorter main beams take away from it reaching the 170's. No doubt about it I would shoot him the first day or last day of the hunt.

I know the hunter and have held the horns. He was so stoked he brought it into work after he shot it to show us.

The 177" gross green score is accurate. Almost no deductions. We figure it will end up around 170" after drying. It is an absolutely incredible deer. It weighed in at 230 pounds.

The very happy hunter in the photo is about 6' 7" tall to give you some perspective.

I am a little surprised it made in onto Hunt Talk, but it is pretty special animal so maybe I shouldn't be.
