Third hunt also turned out well. I took my 11-year-old and we had a good experience in Utah. We worked our way into some bugling bulls, pulled in a big one, then about 40+ elk came running into us.(Sort of in order)
ID mountain goat (daughter's tag)
ID archery gen deer (semi-serious...have a few interesting bucks hanging around near me that I'll try for if they hang around)
UT rifle cow elk (burned points due to price increase)
ID deer (twin daughters and wife)
UT rifle gen deer with buddies (burned points due to price increase)
ID cow elk (controlled hunt for me...2nd draw success)
ID cow elk late draw tag for sister-in-law's first hunt
(maybe) MO youth deer on a recent property acquisition
UT rifle doe antelope
NM aoudad
ID mountain lions (friends/family probably will not kill any this year, just run them)
Mixed in with local bird hunting
Obviously the main tag is the goat tag...if she fills that, the rest are bonuses. Our family eats a ton of meat.

Good luck, hope you get a Big one.I have a Nevada Nonresident, any legal weapon, Antlered Mule Deer tag, Unit 241 - 245, October 5 - October 31.
Hunting the late part of the tag with a guide and holding out for something special.
Good luckand happy hunting to all, TheGrayRider a/k/a Tom.
Say what? We let just about anyone in!I got denied at the border and burnt my Arizona points
Damn! You must have been a bad boy somewhere. Never heard of that before, but I don't get out much.US Customs wanted to go through my phone and labtop. They wanted to check my contacts, emails and social media
Yes, many Canadians report being subjected to increased harassment and scrutiny at the U.S. border, including detention, electronic device searches, and aggressive questioning, leading to a decline in tourism and a federal travel advisory advising travellers to expect these heightened circumstances. While some U.S. immigration lawyers suggest these cases are exceptions, the consistent reports and official warnings from the Canadian government indicate a notable rise in negative border-crossing experiences.
We've had some great luck for the season so far. The 4th hunt was a success. I took my twins out on their either sex deer tags and they each scored their first deer.(Sort of in order)
