What are we leaving?

For those of you young ladies and gentlemen to your kids and grandkids? Anybody watching the SOU address?
I am worried about what we are leaving to our kids and grandchildren anybody else? But, at what cost? Anybody else worried, or do we stick our heads in the sand? Having been in the work force for 50+ years it scares the dog chit out of me? Anybody want to chime in?

My opinion its very cyclic.The question is WHEN will we learn from repeated mistakes,but then the nature of captalism is assets or debits.We will prevail with time,I don't fall for the radio talk show doomsday b.s..The current situation reflects a process not an administration,either current or preceeding.We have rebounded from worse.

yeah but some didnt make it either.. i get frusterated listening to it so i tend not to. i feel like its out of my hands which frusterates me more. I too worry about my son and when he has children, and the US situation when he is older.

We had better get involved and not sit on the sidelines or we won't have the country that we've grown up with! I know its very frustrating to deal in polictics but we have the best system in the world if we use it! We have got to hold our elected officials accountable and work to unelect them if they don't tow the line. Here in CA i've almost lost hope and am very frustrated with our 2 Senators, we just re-elected one of the worst, how can that happen? Only answer is we've got a lot of stupid people voting, we need a voters test to determine if you're qualified!!!!!:hump:
