What animal is this?

With that deer picture for scale I'd definitely say it's a young bear.

My first thought was small bear but then I looked at a similar picture I have of a small bear. On mine the ears are farther apart and more towards the sides and back of the head where as the OP's seem close together and on top of the head. Also the ears on OP's seem more pointed than on mine and the hair on the inside of the ears is completely different. So now I think it is a UFA, unidentified furry animal.
