I’m a second hand jeep guy- better value and simper to fix and maintain than a sxs with expensive parts.
Actually have been hunting out of a 97 Suzuki Jimny this year which is great for two hunters or less. Any more than that and you gotta go bigger. Was awesome to turn on the heat (or AC) and keep the dust out. Noise level, highway capability and turning radius are all way ahead of sxs. You do lose some comfort on really rough roads though even when aired down- nothing has the suspension travel of a sxs. In good weather I’d rather use (if not own) the sxs.
But it’s a spectrum, all depending on where and how you’ll use it. I’m thinking of getting a TJ for a bit more room and some of the precious low end torque I’ve been missing in the Suzuki View attachment 398610 View attachment 398609
