1988, Highway 395 between Carson City and Minden, NV. Person pulls out in front of me while I'm doing 70 mph. I end up rolling end over end. Coming to rest upside down, I'm surprised to find my only injury is to my left shoulder and elbow, huge bruise on my chest where I smashed the steering wheel off the steering column, and a concussion.

I am comfortable saying that without a seatbelt I'm not here to type this report. Yes, where your damn seatbelt.

You don't get it. Insurance companies don't pick money off the tree. More people get smashed up not wearing their seatbelts = more money they have to pay out for injuries = higher premiums for everyone.
