Can you read the forums if you're not logged in/don't have an account?

If so having an account deleted wouldn't provide anything.

I do find it funny when all I asked is how do i delete my self from this web site. And you all blow up and the insults and judgement start coming. Yes I can just log off, which I will. But I asked a honest question.
