Venison Stroganoff
Serving Size : 4


v 1 Pound Venison
v 1 medium onion -- chopped
v 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
v 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
v 1/4 teaspoon pepper
v 4 ounces can sliced mushrooms
v 10 3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
v Undiluted
v 8 ounces sour cream
v Hot cooked noodles


Cook venison and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned
Stir in flour, Garlic Salt, Pepper and Sliced Mushrooms
Stir in soup & Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sour cream, and heat thoroughly.
Serve over noodles.
 
Add a half cup of red wine to the pan just when the meat and onions are done and before you add the mushroom soup and sour cream. You will be glad you did. :D
