Velvet muleys

Tried to walk into my blind today and see if it is still standing. About 400 yards from my blind/waterhole, I ran into these guys. There were more that had walked down the ridge before I got the camera setup. 14 in all.

Season opens on Saturday and I don't have anyone to shoot the deer while I take the video. Guess I will have to do both.

A couple of these guys are real nice, but it may be hard to tell from this clip. The video is too grainy when compressed for webstreaming. I compressed five minutes into one, so they look like they are in a hurry.

I may loose some sleep the next couple days, waiting for season to open.
