Valentine’s Day stories

I’m sure you guys have to have some funny stories for the day. My best one is about 6 years ago I was doing some work in an alley in a little town cutting over some transformers. Whatever reason I had an oops and hooked the wrong wires together and knocked the power out of the floral shop at around 330 in the afternoon on Valentine’s Day. To say the owner came out upset would be an understatement. What are the odds of working on a flower shop on Valentine’s Day. Forman was laughing pretty hard he had plans on slipping in and buying his wife some flowers but opted out of that idea after we got them back in power.

Met my wife on Valentine's Day. Out drinking with the boys and she was in there after working for her mom. Mom ran a flower shop. One year I got roped into doing deliveries for her.

Yeah, I married her. 21 years ago.

She’s off the market boys. Sorry, but not.

Good friend of mine's boyfriend noticed her fingernails; pink hearts (yeah, she's girly-girl), and said, what are those for? Valentine's Day, what else? He said, oh, I don't celebrate Valentine's Day. She said, oh, you do now .

I bought the wife a new car through the business. She didn’t know the particulars. I didn’t say. I had her go get the mail yesterday. The title was there. She was happy.
