Well deadline tonight. Was in China last 4 weeks and the UDOW website was blocked so I had to wait to return to apply. Luckily had two days left and did not forget, so I'm done. I'm expecting to finally cash my 18 deer points but we'll see. Only take one guy to knock me out since quota was pilfered by the Don. Good luck.

I don't think the Chinese would have near the tolerance level that Utah residents have for DP. They send white collar criminals to the political prisons in short order.
