To change 7mm to 300

You just gotta move up to the 30 cal it you want to get rid of the "7mag flinch" Got that straight from Sniper School manual - page 27

Not sure why someone would leave a 7mm in the safe for a 300. Although if hunting big bears in Alaska I’d switch. I’ve had one shot kills on moose, elk and deer with my 7mm as said above shot placement is everything!

It's not worth going from a 7mm magnum to any 300 mag. Unless you want to. I would go up to a 338 or 340 weatherby of even a 375 caliber. Go up enough to make a difference in performance. GJ

stick w/ 7mm, save your money... will kill anything you need to in North America, might want more for a grizz, but a guy in wyoming killed one with 7mm last season.
