I shot one this past weekend while still hunting thru a woods, it jumped less than 20 feet from me like a rabbit out of brush...one shot 12 guage slug thur the hinde quarter out the other hinde leg....er...guess it was a stump really not much left

This is what happens when a .270 goes through the back and out the front. I think this coyote wanted to die, he was mange infested and the saddest looking 'yote I have ever seen.
