I can’t even remember my password to get into my Hotmail account. I’ve been banned for too many wrong answers for close to 2 weeks. I just eat one meal a day at supper time. Usually a pile of meat of some sort with maybe a little broccoli and spinach once in a while. Zero sugar. It’s the only thing my caveman brain can comprehend

I agree 1000% with the high protein, high veg ZERO sugar/carb diet.

I have no carb crashes, emotions are completely controlled, no highs, no lows. Brain is as honed sharp as it can be.

Currently 176.4# hot after dinner in the evening. I normally weigh in right out of bed in the AM. So, that’s positive movement from 178#.

Winning is a great feeling!
 
Seasonal depression kicking my butt - late Feb to mid April is the worst. Still keeping up daily workouts, although they’re a bit shorter lately. Gorging on clean eating over the last week as a rebound to my crash drop to 145. I expect I’ll level off before too long, especially with no grain, sugar, or vegetable oil. Zero cheat food so far, and no desire to. I assume my gut bacteria has adjusted, and also broke the refined carb reward pathway in my brain. I also started a couple spoonfuls daily of a seed mix: flax, hemp, chia, poppy, and sesame. Surprisingly has little taste and can be mixed in anything, chew it up, or down with a few gulps of water.

Threw a few chocolate chip cookie dough balls into the oven just now. You guys can have the health today.
