First off,,, I don't go to the store! Whenever my darling wife goes shopping another flavor of Tillamook appears in the freezer at home. There's 6 different flavors in there now. It may be an attempt to collect my life insurance but there's plenty of faster and easier ways to do me in .

I've been watching this thread but too embarrassed to post. It's been a rough year in terms of joint issues. My walking plan is bust.

BUT ... 259.0 this morning. 29 pounds more than the goal I set in post #1 of this thread.
