Had another great turkey hunt today (its almost like I know what Im doing) watched 50 birds fly out of the roost, the only long beard wouldn't give us the time of day, but he flock of 25 jakes walked by us 3 times to many so now there is only 23. I was able to fill my 2nd tag and my buddy got his 1st bird. Headed out tonight to get the wife in on some action. I was able to roost 2 long beards last night for her. If she gets lucky Im afraid that there could be a new mount in the house.

It appears we should have a nice crop of hangin beard birds for next season as I've found that everywhere I've been. I've called 41 jakes into my decoys in the last 4 weekends.
