I got to have dinner with our very own T Bone last week. He's much nicer in person than he is on the forum. ;) Hopefully we can share a hunt some day.
 
What was he doing down there? Looking to relocate? Enough ditch-parrots and whitetails, time to get back to the mountains?:D

I was traveling on business, visited Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs, drove up and over McClure pass into Montrose. By golly, I miss real mountains! I stopped several times to inhale the good air. Beautiful country on the west slope of CO.

I fondled Oaks AK billy goat horns. They are insanely huge. Animal of a lifetime, I'd say. I don't think they make them like that in the lower 48.

Any of you guys heading south in October for the Thar hunt, I just got outa hospital after surgery, physio and Doc reckons I may just make rehab in time
