The wife and I hiked Pulpit Rock (2.5 miles one way, 1305 ft elevation gain) early in the morning on one of the few sunny days we had.





Then viewed it from the below that afternoon.

I have to say I applaud our local firefighters and the Forest Service personnel. I was a bit irritated at first but that came from my personal connection to the specific area. Looks to be just mop up at this time. They did an awesome job. mtmuley

I rode past the office on Sunday early and was super pleased to see 6 or 8 fire teams heading out. I was more pleased to pass 6 or 8 other teams returning that had been out all night.

We joined a trap league last year and she really likes it. It's a significant upgrade from her youth model .870 20 gauge
