Edit: probably too big of a snout for bottlenose. What is it?

Guess I’ll post it here instead of the smoker thread…. Seared scallops with sautéed spinach and mushrooms. That’s a brown butter drizzle with shallots, capers, Calabrian peppers and garlic on the left.

Close,pretty much right. Specifically it’s a Vaquita. It was so tiny. A tiny little porpoise with fully grown teeth. Something had bitten off the lower half of his body. I did consider the Euro mount of the head but I opted to just take the pic. Easier.

Vaquita. Would be a good oddity as a Eruo mount. I have a “Euro” mount of a pelican and it looks like Alien.
