Well... Didn't fire a single shot on what will surely be my last outing to Christina this season. Manitoba has been sunny and warm and has kept all it's ducks for itself just yet. The boys will be out for one last hurrah this weekend, but I'm unable to join them. Next up is Wisconsin's deer opener.

Found and old Blacktail Shed today , out scouting for Roosevelt season tomorrow.

Bush wacking through the big timber and dropping off a ridge on game trails and back to the rig after I spent the first 40 min watching a valley.

I was able to also get a pic of a midday doe
