Étouffée ?

Yes Sir. Crawfish. There’s a place in Bozeman that has some really good and authentic Cajun food. They must be from Louisiana.

Indulged in a little Cajun food this week. Man, I miss the food down south. View attachment 356480

I've been craving some! Might have to whip up a batch soon.

Looks awesome. Though you might need a gulp of kombucha to bring some order back to the GI tract.
I'm gonna have to invite myself over sometime to talk shop.

I’ll pass on the kombucha. That was Cafe Zydeco in Bozeman, but you’re welcome at my place anytime.

Saw this buck while salmon fishing with only a fly rod in my hand. He was walking a path right next to the creek.

The Sweet Spot - Boulder, Montana.

Homemade biscuit and honey butter. Perfect spuds. A crispy CFS and arguably the finest gravy I’ve ever ingested.

Fantastic.

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve done any as well. It’s definitely about time.

Highlight of the weekend replacing my water heater.
Bonus putting '24 on the wall.
