Morning mt bike ride. 7 miles and 2k up, 11 minutes down. The house is tucked behind a ridge on the right.

fact check. 2.5 miles 2k vert. Cat II climb. Sign me up for the FUGN" tour. Except they do it at 25 mph and I do it at like 2.5 mph.

Having laid some plank tile in the last few years, I don't share your love......

No question it looks good, but most plank tile has a slight crown to it, and you fight lippage the whole way through.
