saturday breakfast - leftover smoked mule deer steaks, flash seared in butter, topped with the leftover bourbon coffee reduction i'm still perfecting; buttery toasted sourdough, and pasture raised chicken eggs.

gosh i love cooking wildgame. mule deer is turning into a household favorite, haven't tasted a "bad" one yet.
