Sorry i have to ask, clothing, i often see Kiwi's in shorts over leggings, why is that?
What are they made from?

Hi Richard, shorts are popular as they are practical for our climate (e.g. when hot and/or wet) and better when walking long distances. They also allow layering and an opportunity to show off our legs

The leggings are made of either polypropylene or recently people, including me, have started using underarmour type leggings.
