It shows him with his insides now on the outside.

You will see the look of horror on the faces of the bystanders. The faces of the bystanders is why I believe this photo is real

There's a reason I looked. Wanted see if I could handle it. I used to work at a hotel as cheif engineer/security/bouncer. Within a one month period, I discovered 3 dead bodies: 2 suicides and one murder by baseball bat -the last one was particulary gory. Started drinking pretty heavily sort of suddenly without really noticing it until it was pointed out to me.
We expect gore when we walk up to an animal we've shot. Finding dead humans at work and having to clean up the mess later is another thing.

Damn, it won't open for me. I wanted to look at it cause I am a freak, and curiosity. No other reason. I sit here eating my Salsa and Eggs, it wouldn bother me a bit.
