Have to second the chevy Traverse. Great ride, quiet, seats 8 with plenty of room. The wife loves it.

When I saw the pics you posted, I revisited visions of my daughter totaling her car when in high school. Thankfully, she too was wearing her seat belt. Happy your kids made it through the accident relatively unscathed! Makes the vehicle search much less stressful ... good luck!

Glad your boys are OK. Maybe you got two driving lessons out of the one incident.
How about a minivan? Not as cool as a SUV but a lot more functional. We have a Honda Odyssey and a 4Runner. We got the Odyssey because we ride a tandem bicycle, and it fits inside the van. My wife actually prefers a sedan, but we are long past the kids stage.
